People & Strategy is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). We have held and maintained our RTO status for sixteen years. People & Strategy, under our newly formed College of Public Sector Management, delivers learning and development programs that allowed flexibility in terms of the delivery method and assessment processes.
We have provided assessment and awarded qualifications to more than 1,000 participants. In our last accreditation audit in 2009 we were given special commendation for our innovative ‘Guide & Planner’ and ongoing assessment process design.

People & Strategy and the new College of Public Sector Management can provide the following accredited training:

We have a relationship with the University of Canberra for the Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Public Administration (MPA) qualifications. Graduates of our Diploma in Government programs receive credit for one elective unit. The University of Canberra is Australia’s leading university in the area of distance management education and has the largest enrolment of any university in its MBA program.
