Senior Associate Consultant

Elissa joined People & Strategy in late 2011. She brings over twelve years of experience at the EL2 level and has held a number of senior human resource management positions.

Elissa has extensive experience in leading and facilitating groups to achieve outcomes, designing and developing policies and frameworks, and implementing recruitment and workforce planning strategies. She is a strategic thinker focused on delivering contemporary solutions to support organisational development.

Elissa is an accredited facilitator of the Strength Deployment Inventory and is also a Registered Nurse.
