Emma joined People & Strategy in 2003. Her current role includes program design and development, consultation on strategic projects, e-learning and multimedia program design and production, and website management.

Emma has worked on a wide range of people and performance management projects and learning and development programs.

Emma is an accredited facilitator of the Strengths Deployment Inventory. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Communications – Advertising) from Charles Sturt University and an Advanced Diploma of Marketing Communications from the Australian Advertising Association.
