Managing Director

Kathy joined People & Strategy in 1996 and is now the Managing Director. Kathy specialises in the areas of organisation design, change management, performance management, strategic people management and leadership.  She is an excellent facilitator and works with senior executive groups, teams and middle managers.  She is highly sought after for her facilitation and advisory skills.  

Kathy has a public sector leadership background. She has studied Sociology and Politics and holds a Graduate Diploma in Management and a Masters in Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management, UNSW.

Kathy is also an accredited facilitator of the Team Management Systems Index (TMI) and the Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI) and holds a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.

Kathy has recently been listed in the Stanford "Who's Who of Business" Black Book as a person who has demonstrated outstanding leadership or achievement in their occupation, industry, or profession.
