Leonie has extensive experience in managing both small and large teams and during her time in the Public Service, was involved in a number of high level negotiations, policy processes and broader social policy issues. Leonie is committed to finding practical and professional solutions to challenges of both a policy and management nature.

Leonie holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the Australian National University and is currently continuing her study through the Institute of Executive Coaching towards full-accreditation with the International Coach Federation. Leonie is an accredited facilitator of the Strengths Deployment Inventory.
