Senior Consultant

Yvonne’s expertise is in public sector management with particular interests in the management of contracts through the management of contractual relationships, leadership, relationship management and performance management.  She has extensive experience as a public sector manager prior to joining People & Strategy.

Yvonne is also a skilled facilitator having conducted many consultation processes, team building and development programmes. Yvonne brings an in-depth knowledge of the APS in a range of subject areas.

Yvonne is an Accredited Workplace Assessor and an Accredited Executive Coach. She also holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Canberra and a Graduate Diploma of Management from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
